Having been British Musical Firework Champions in 2010 and 2011, Pyrotex Fireworx have added another achievement in winning the most prestigious international firework competition at Montreal. In winning the Monaco International Musical Fireworks Contest 2012, and bringing home the trophy for England, Pyrotex have maintained British success at the competition, Jubilee having won in 2010. It was an incredible journey that took eight months of design and preparation; however the hard work paid off and on Saturday 25th August the display shot true to its design an,d for 25 minutes, the skies over Port Hercule were ablaze with fireworks dancing to the beat of the music. Hannah Clarkson of Pyrotex reported: We are not sure if it was divine intervention or the gods applauding us but, as the finale reached its end, the heavens opened and the largest thunderstorm Monaco has seen swept through the harbour causing the most dramatic end to the display! |
